Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:
1. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté Onion: Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add Spices: Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp chili powder. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
4. Garlic: Add the minced garlic cloves and cook for another minute.
5. Cook Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
6. Add Potatoes: Stir in the diced potatoes and cook until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes. If needed, add a little water to prevent sticking.
7. Finish Filling: Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice and the finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly.
