These curried sausage rolls pack a flavorful punch by combining the delightful taste of curry with savory ground beef, fresh vegetables, and flaky puff pastry. Perfect for a family gathering, party appetizer, or even a delicious snack, these rolls are sure to be a hit.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Grate the zucchini and carrot. Use a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth to squeeze excess moisture out from the grated zucchini.
2. Mix the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, grated zucchini, grated carrot, chives, parsley, and curry paste.
- Pour in one of the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated. This will help bind the filling together.
3. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
