- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out half of the flesh (about 70g).
2. Add Liquid Ingredients First:
- Pour the almond milk (240g) into a high-speed blender.
3. Add Whey Protein Powder:
- Add 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder (16g) to the blender.
4. Add Avocado:
- Scoop the avocado flesh into the blender.
5. Sweeten the Mix:
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of honey (10g).
- Add 1 teaspoon of stevia leaf sweetener (3g).
6. Add Ice:
- Place 5 ice cubes (110g) into the blender.
7. Blend Until Smooth:
- Secure the lid on the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds, but blend longer if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
8. Taste and Adjust (Optional):
- Pause the blender and taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey or stevia and blend again briefly.
