The Honey Avocado Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious blend perfect for a post-workout treat or a healthy breakfast option. Packed with healthy fats from avocado, protein from whey powder, and natural sweetness from honey and stevia, this smoothie is both satisfying and energizing.

Ingredients:

1/2 scoop whey protein powder
16g
1 cup almond milk
240g
1/2 avocado
70g
5 ice cubes
110g
1/2 tbsp honey
10g
1 tsp stevia leaf sweetener
3g

Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Make sure you have all the ingredients measured and ready.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out half of the flesh (about 70g).
2. Add Liquid Ingredients First:
- Pour the almond milk (240g) into a high-speed blender.
3. Add Whey Protein Powder:
- Add 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder (16g) to the blender.
4. Add Avocado:
- Scoop the avocado flesh into the blender.
5. Sweeten the Mix:
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of honey (10g).
- Add 1 teaspoon of stevia leaf sweetener (3g).
6. Add Ice:
- Place 5 ice cubes (110g) into the blender.
7. Blend Until Smooth:
- Secure the lid on the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds, but blend longer if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
8. Taste and Adjust (Optional):
- Pause the blender and taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey or stevia and blend again briefly.
9. Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
10. Enjoy:
- Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Honey Avocado Smoothie immediately!

Tips:

- Use ripe avocados to ensure a creamy texture and optimal flavor.

- To make this smoothie vegan, you can substitute the whey protein powder with plant-based protein powder.

- For an extra boost, add a handful of spinach or kale. The taste of the greens will be masked by the other ingredients but will increase the nutritional value.

- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of almond milk or add more ice cubes.

- For extra sweetness, adjust the amount of honey or stevia according to your taste preference.

With its rich, creamy texture and sweet, subtle flavor, the Honey Avocado Smoothie is a quick and easy way to enjoy a nutritious and satisfying drink. Whether you're fueling up for a busy day or winding down after a workout, this smoothie is the perfect blend of taste and health. Enjoy!
