Instructions:

3. Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed onions, walnuts, feta cheese, rosemary, and cinnamon.
- Mix thoroughly, slightly mashing the sweet potatoes until the mixture holds together but still has some texture.
4. Prepare the Pastry:
