This simple yet delicious recipe combines fresh strawberries and passion fruits with creamy Greek yogurt to create a light and healthy treat. Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries
320g
1 tbsp honey
10g
4 cups greek yogurt
920g
5 passion fruits
200g

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Strawberries:
- Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the green stems and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
2. Sweeten the Strawberries:
- Place the sliced strawberries into a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the strawberries.
- Mix well to coat the strawberries evenly with honey. Set aside and let the strawberries macerate for about 10-15 minutes. This will help them release their juices and sweeten up.
3. Prepare the Passion Fruits:
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp, including the seeds, with a spoon.
- Place the passion fruit pulp into a small bowl.
4. Layer the Fools:
- Take your serving glasses or bowls and start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom (about 1/4 cup per glass).
- Add a layer of honey-coated strawberries over the yogurt.
- Add another layer of Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries.
- Spoon a generous amount of passion fruit pulp over the top layer of yogurt.
5. Repeat Layers:
- Continue layering the yogurt, strawberries, and passion fruit until your glasses are nearly full, ending with a final layer of passion fruit pulp.
6. Chill (Optional):
- If you prefer your dessert chilled, place the prepared fools in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
7. Serve:
- Serve immediately, garnished with a few extra strawberry slices or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Tips:

- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. If strawberries are out of season, frozen strawberries can be a good substitute.

- Taste the yogurt mixture before assembling the dessert. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.

- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Passionfruit & strawberry fools are a wonderfully easy and delicious dessert that you can whip up in no time. With just a few fresh ingredients and minimal effort, you'll have a stunning and tasty treat that everyone will love. Follow these tips and enjoy this beautifully refreshing dessert!
