Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven and Cook Pasta:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the whole-wheat pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Spinach:
- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, and 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
- In the same large pan, heat another 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until they are no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and let cool.
- Once cool, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the 2 tablespoons of flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the 1 cup of milk until smooth and thickened.
- Add the softened cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
