- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

3. Prepare the Lemon Filling:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
- Stir in the lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
