4. Coat the Garlic:
- Place the garlic cloves on a piece of aluminum foil or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Pour the rosemary, olive oil, and lemon juice mixture over the garlic cloves, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Wrap and Roast:
- If using aluminum foil, wrap the garlic cloves tightly in the foil.
- Place the wrapped garlic or the oven-safe dish in the preheated oven.
