3. Cook the Aromatics: Add the finely chopped onion and cook for about 5 minutes until it becomes translucent. Add the minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the Red Pepper: Stir in the diced red pepper and cook for another 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
5. Add Tomatoes and Tomato Paste: Pour in the canned tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
