- Transfer the toasted bread crumbs to a plate and set aside.
3. Cook the Garlic and Chili:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- Add the finely chopped garlic and sliced red chili peppers. Sauté over medium heat until the garlic is fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the garlic and chili mixture.
