Instructions:

- Gradually add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Incorporate Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of self-raising flour and 1/2 cup of all-purpose white wheat flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the 1 cup of milk. Begin and end with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

- Peel, core, and finely dice 1 apple.
- Fold the diced apple into the batter.

- Add the remaining 2 tbsp of vanilla extract into the batter. Gently mix until well incorporated.
7. Baking:
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure even baking.
8. Bake:
- Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
