- Shake the can of coconut milk well before measuring to ensure it's well-mixed.
2. Blend Ingredients:
- Add the avocado flesh, coconut milk, stevia leaf sweetener, and lime juice into the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well combined.
3. Taste Adjustment (Optional):
- Taste the mixture before proceeding and adjust sweetness or lime as needed. Add a bit more stevia or lime juice if you prefer a sweeter or more tart flavor.
4. Pour into Molds:
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as they freeze.
5. Insert Sticks:
