3. Add Cinnamon: Stir in the 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon into the caramel mixture to incorporate.
4. Slice Bananas: Peel and slice the 2 bananas into 1/2-inch or approximately 1 cm thick rounds.
5. Arrange Bananas: Carefully add the banana slices to the caramel in a single layer, covering the entire bottom of the skillet. Be sure to arrange them neatly as this will be the top of your tart once it's flipped.
6. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet if needed, so it fits just slightly larger than the skillet.
- Carefully lay the puff pastry over the bananas, tucking in the edges around the inside of the skillet for a snug fit.
7. Bake the Tart: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
