1 tsp paprika
1 lb beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 short spray cooking spray oil
1 onion
1 cup mushrooms
1 red pepper
1 large zucchini
2 garlic cloves
1 cup chicken gravy
1 lb tomatoes

Instructions:

- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Cook until the beef is tender and the vegetables are fully cooked.
