Instructions:

1. Cook the Quinoa:

- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
4. Cook the Patties:

- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and firm.
5. Prepare the Spicy Mayo:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise salad dressing, lemon juice, and pepper sauce.
