2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 garlic cloves
18 oz ground beef (80/20%)
1/3 cup tomato puree
1 can canned tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1.50 cups white rice
4 eggs
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
