- Add the ground cumin, paprika, and turmeric powder to the bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil and mix thoroughly until all the spices and herbs are well incorporated into the oil.
3. Marinate the Shrimps:
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimps into the bowl with the marinade.
- Gently toss the shrimps until they are evenly coated with the chermoula mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld with the shrimps. For best results, marinate for up to 2 hours.
4. Cook the Shrimps:
