- Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

- Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Pour in the canned tomatoes (including their juice) and half a cup of water.
- Stir in the honey.
