Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breast with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
2. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown but not fully cooked through.
3. Sauté the Vegetables:
- While the chicken is cooking, use another pan to melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and green pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Assemble the Dish:
- Once the chicken breast is browned, remove the skillet from heat.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top of the chicken breast.
- Arrange the sautéed mushrooms and green peppers over the pizza sauce.
- Place the pepperoni slices on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
5. Bake:
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
