- Add the chicken breasts to the pot. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks. Set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables and Aromatics:
- Add the sliced carrots, chopped leek, minced garlic, chopped celery, 2 bay leaves, and 1 tbsp rosemary to the pot with the chicken gravy.

- Add the 10 oz pasta to the pot. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 7-10 minutes, until the pasta is al dente.
5. Add the Shredded Chicken:

6. Final Simmer:
- Simmer the soup for an additional 5 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld together. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
7. Season and Serve:
