Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose white wheat flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 2 tsp of cinnamon. Stir in 1 cup of sugar until evenly distributed.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until the mixture is just combined. Do not overmix to keep the bread tender.
5. Add Coconut and Butter:
Fold in 1 cup of coconut meat. Melt 1/3 cup of butter and let it cool slightly before adding it to the batter. Mix until the coconut and butter are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
6. Transfer to Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
7. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The top should be golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
8. Cool:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
