Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bacon:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bacon strips and cook until crispy, about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble or break into halves.
2. Cook the Garlic:
- Finely mince the garlic cloves.
- In the same skillet the bacon was cooked in, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and then add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic over medium heat until it becomes fragrant and golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Be sure to stir constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Prepare the Beef Patties:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed garlic, salt, and white pepper. Mix until the ingredients are just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the seasoned ground beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2-inch thick.
4. Cook the Patties:
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the beef patties into the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the patties reach your desired level of doneness. (You can also grill the patties if you prefer.)
5. Slice the Avocados:
- While the patties are cooking, cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and slice each half into thin slices.
6. Assemble the Burgers:
- Once the beef patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
