1/2 cup orange juice

- Immediately pour the hot caramel into the bottoms of 4-6 ramekins, tilting the ramekins to coat the bottoms evenly. Set aside to cool and harden.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs with the remaining 1 cup of sugar until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Gradually add the remaining orange juice while continuing to whisk until fully combined.

3. Combine and Prepare for Baking:
- Pour the prepared custard mixture evenly into the ramekins over the hardened caramel.
- Place the filled ramekins in a large baking dish or roasting pan.
4. Bake the Creme Caramels:
- Pour hot water into the baking dish or roasting pan to create a water bath. The water should reach about halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Carefully transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the custards are set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
5. Cool and Chill:
