Ingredients:

1/2 cup hummus

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:
1. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose white wheat flour and 1 tsp of yeast.
2. Gradually add 1 cup of water while mixing until a dough forms. You might not need the entire cup of water; add just enough for the dough to come together.
3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
2. Preheat the Oven:
1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a baking stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
3. Prepare the Toppings:
1. While the dough is rising, prepare your toppings. Rinse the arugula and pat it dry.
2. In a small bowl, toss the arugula with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and set aside.
4. Shape the Dough:
1. Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles.
2. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 12 inches in diameter.
3. Place the dough onto a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel dusted with flour for easy transfer to the oven.
5. Assemble the Pizza:
1. Spread 1/2 cup of hummus evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the hummus.
3. Tear the 3 slices of prosciutto into smaller pieces and distribute them evenly across the pizza.
6. Bake the Pizza:
1. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. If using a baking stone, slide the parchment paper with the pizza onto the stone.
2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Add the Arugula:
1. Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven and immediately top it with the lemony arugula.
2. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
8. Serve:
