Instructions:

2. Cook the Aromatics:

- Add the finely chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
3. Brown the Ground Beef:
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until it is browned and no longer pink. This should take about 6-8 minutes.
4. Add Tomato Base and Seasonings:
- Stir in the tomato puree, canned tomatoes, dried oregano, and ground nutmeg. Pour in the 1/2 cup of water to ensure the mixture has enough liquid.

5. Cook the Spaghetti:
