3. Add the Spices and Spinach:
- Add the cinnamon and allspice to the pan with the onions.
- Stir well to coat the onions with the spices.
- Add the chopped spinach to the pan.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted and well combined with the onions and spices.
4. Cool the Mixture:
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the spinach and onion mixture cool to room temperature.
5. Combine with Yogurt:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
