Instructions:

1. Cook the Macaroni:

- Cook according to the package instructions until the macaroni is al dente. This usually takes around 7-9 minutes.
- Drain the macaroni and set it aside.
2. Prepare the 'Cheeze' Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup (240g) of water and 1 cup (240g) of almond milk.
- Gradually whisk in 3 tbsp (24g) of cornstarch until fully dissolved. Ensure no lumps are present.
- Set the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture begins to thicken.
3. Add the Flavorings:
- Once the liquid starts to thicken, reduce the heat to low.
- Add 6 oz (170g) of nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp (16g) of lemon juice, and 1 tsp (6g) of salt into the saucepan.
- Stir in 1/2 tsp (1.40g) garlic powder, 1/2 tsp (2.50g) mustard powder, 1/2 tsp (1.05g) paprika, and 1/2 tsp (1.10g) turmeric powder.
- Mix in 1 tbsp (16g) tahini (sesame butter) until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with a dash of black pepper.
4. Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked macaroni to the saucepan with the 'cheeze' sauce.
- Stir well to ensure all the macaroni is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat until everything is well heated through.
5. Serve Immediately:
