Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:
1.1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped apple, grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped scallions, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and fresh thyme.
1.2 Crack one of the eggs into the mixture and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Set aside.
