Instructions:

- Take one avocado slice at a time, dip it into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off.

- Place the breaded avocado slice on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat this process for all the avocado slices.
4. Bake the Avocado Chips:

5. Prepare the Dipping Sauce:
- While the avocado chips are baking, mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped garlic, and chopped coriander leaves in a small bowl.
