4. Sear the Pork Chops:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned pork fillets to the skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the pork fillets from the skillet and set aside.
5. Make the Balsamic Glaze:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the balsamic vinegar and sugar.
- Stir the mixture continuously, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
6. Combine and Serve:
- Add the caramelized onions back into the skillet and mix them with the balsamic glaze.
- Return the seared pork fillets to the skillet, coating them with the balsamic glaze and onions.
- Let them heat through for an additional 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve Immediately:
