Instructions:

c. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare the Broccolini:

c. Drain and immediately plunge into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.
3. Make the Cheese Sauce:

b. Stir in the flour to make a roux and cook for about 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly until it is lightly golden.
c. Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

f. Continue to stir until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
g. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Combine and Serve:
