Instructions:

- In a greased baking dish, spread the sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom.
- Add an even layer of the blanched cauliflower and broccoli florets.
- Pour the sautéed onion and garlic over the vegetables.
8. Add the Cream Mixture:
Pour the cream mixture evenly over the vegetables in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it if necessary.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese (40g) evenly over the top of the dish.
