- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the flour mixture.
- Gradually add the water to the flour mixture, whisking continuously until you get a smooth batter.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Add the mashed cauliflower, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley to the batter.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. The batter should be thick enough to hold together but still somewhat spoonable.
4. Cook the Fritters:
- Heat a large non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil.
- Using a spoon, scoop portions of the batter onto the hot skillet, flattening each slightly with the back of the spoon to form fritters.
