- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. Sauté the Vegetables:
- Heat 1 tsp of canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add the grated carrot and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Set aside to cool slightly.
4. Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed vegetables, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, and bread crumbs.
- Mix thoroughly with your hands or a large spoon until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Form the Meatballs:
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into meatballs, about 1½ inches in diameter. You should be able to make approximately 18-20 meatballs.
6. Bake the Meatballs:
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a golden-brown exterior.
7. Serve:
- Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes after baking.
- Serve warm with your choice of side dishes, such as pasta, rice, or a salad.

Tips:

- Grate the onion, carrot, and zucchini to ensure they mix evenly into the meatball mixture and cook thoroughly.

- Preheat your oven to ensure it's at the right temperature when you're ready to cook the meatballs.

- Use a scoop or spoon to evenly portion the meatball mixture, ensuring uniform size and cooking time.

- Chill the meatball mixture for 30 minutes before shaping to make it easier to handle and form consistent meatballs.

- Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
