Instructions:

- Once they are cooked, drain the water and set the potatoes aside.
2. Cook the Spinach:
- While the potatoes are cooking, thaw the frozen spinach. Once thawed, squeeze out excess water from the spinach to ensure it is as dry as possible. Set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until they are softened and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the whole-grain wheat flour over the onions, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and cook for about 1 minute.

4. Combine Spinach and Sauce:
- Add the thawed and drained spinach to the skillet, mixing well to combine with the cream sauce. Heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

- Stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until everything is well incorporated. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
