Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
110g
1 cup dark chocolate
230g
3 eggs
150g
3/4 cup sugar
150g
1.50 cups all-purpose white wheat flour
190g
1/3 cup dry cocoa powder
50g
3/4 cup white chocolate
170g

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare Baking Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.
2. Melt Butter and Dark Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, melt 1/2 cup (110g) of butter and 1 cup (230g) of dark chocolate together.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
3. Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs (150g) and 3/4 cup (150g) of sugar until well combined and slightly frothy.
4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
- Pour the melted butter and chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Gradually sift in 1.50 cups (190g) of all-purpose white wheat flour and 1/3 cup (50g) of dry cocoa powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
5. Add White Chocolate:
- Chop 3/4 cup (170g) of white chocolate into small chunks.
- Fold the white chocolate chunks into the brownie batter.
6. Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with just a few moist crumbs.
7. Cool and Serve:
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once cool, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment paper (if used) and cut them into squares.
8. Enjoy:
- Serve the double chocolate brownies as is, or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream for an extra treat!

Tips:

- Make sure to melt the butter and dark chocolate together gently to prevent burning.

- Beat the eggs and sugar until they are thick and pale, this will help give the brownies a delightful texture.

- Sift the dry ingredients to ensure there are no lumps in the batter.

- Fold in the white chocolate chunks gently to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.

- Do not overbake the brownies; they should be set around the edges and slightly gooey in the center.

- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting to get clean, neat squares.

By following this simple recipe, you'll have a batch of delicious double chocolate brownies ready to enjoy. These brownies are perfect for any occasion and are sure to satisfy even the most intense chocolate cravings. Whether you're sharing them at a gathering or indulging in a sweet treat by yourself, these brownies are guaranteed to be a hit.
