2. Cook the Leeks:
- In a large pot, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted and the oil is hot, add the sliced leeks.
- Sauté the leeks for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and translucent.
3. Add the Potatoes and Flour:
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour over the sautéed leeks. Stir well to combine and cook for 1 to 2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
