- Red Pepper: Remove the seeds and stem from the red pepper, then chop it into pieces.
- Onion: Peel the onion and chop it into chunks.
- Garlic: Peel the garlic cloves and leave them whole.
3. Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, onion, garlic, and soaked bread.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. You may need to do this in batches if your blender is small.
4. Add Olive Oil:
- While the blender is running on a low setting, gradually drizzle in the olive oil. This helps to emulsify the mixture, giving the gazpacho a smooth texture.

5. Season and Chill:
- Season the gazpacho to taste with salt. You can also add more vinegar if you prefer a tangier flavor.
- If the gazpacho is too thick, add water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
