2 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp tomato puree
1.50 lb lamb mince
1 tsp dried oregano
1 can canned tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine
1.50 cups cherry tomatoes
12 oz pasta
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup spearmint
