- Once the green beans are ready, immediately transfer them to the ice water to stop the cooking process and maintain their vibrant color. Let them sit in the ice water for a couple of minutes. Drain well and set aside.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and let it heat for about 1-2 minutes.

4. Sauté the Green Beans:
- Add the drained green beans to the skillet.
