Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

- Crack the whole egg into a bowl and add the three egg whites. Beat the eggs together until thoroughly mixed.
2. Preheat and Sauté:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onions. Sauté them until they are tender and slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Cook the Eggs:
- In the same skillet, pour the beaten eggs. Cook them on medium heat, stirring occasionally to scramble, until they are fully cooked and fluffy. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble the Pizza:
