Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:

- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped red hot chili peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant.
3. Add Liquid Ingredients:
- Pour in the 4 cups of chicken gravy.
- Stir in 1/3 cup of vinegar.
- Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir until dissolved.
4. Incorporate Avocados:
- Add the peeled and pitted avocados to the pot.
