Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

4. Roll the Chicken:
- Starting from the narrow end of each chicken breast, carefully roll up the chicken, ham, and cheese.
- Secure each roll-up with toothpicks to hold them together.
5. Set Up Breading Stations:
- Place the flour in one shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in a second shallow dish.
- Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow dish.
6. Bread the Chicken:
- Dredge each chicken roll-up in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the floured roll-up into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Finally, roll in the bread crumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
7. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the breaded chicken roll-ups to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- If needed, add the remaining olive oil to the skillet while browning.

9. Prepare the Broccoli:
