- Add 1/2 cup (120g) of Greek yogurt to the blender.
- Measure 1 tablespoon (20g) of honey and drizzle it into the blender.
- Pour 1/2 cup (120g) of water into the blender.
3. Blend the Smoothie:
- Secure the blender lid tightly and start blending at a low speed for a few seconds, just to mix the ingredients.
- Gradually increase the speed to high and blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.
- If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more water and blend again until you reach your desired texture.
