12 bacon strips
2 chicken breasts

Instructions:

2. Prepare the Chicken:
- While the garlic butter is firming up, prep your chicken breasts.
- Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing horizontally through the middle, stopping just before cutting all the way through. Open the breasts like a book.
- Place plastic wrap over the butterflied chicken breasts and gently pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin to flatten evenly, about 1/2 inch thick.

- Roll up the chicken breast around the garlic butter, folding the ends in to fully encase the butter within the chicken and form a compact roll.

- Lay out 6 strips of bacon side by side, slightly overlapping, on a cutting board.
- Place one chicken roll at one end of the bacon strips and roll up the chicken in the bacon, ensuring the bacon completely covers the chicken roll.
- Repeat the process for the second chicken roll with the remaining 6 bacon strips.
5. Coat with Parmesan:
- Pour the 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese onto a plate.
- Roll each bacon-wrapped chicken breast in the parmesan cheese, pressing gently to make sure the cheese adheres well.
6. Cook the Chicken Kyiv:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet, seam side down, to help prevent them from unrolling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy and starting to brown.
