3. Juice the Lime:
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze out 2 tablespoons of lime juice. You can use a citrus juicer to make this easier. Ensure there are no seeds in the juice.
4. Combine Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cup of mayonnaise.
- Add the lime zest, lime juice, and minced garlic to the bowl with the mayonnaise.
