Ingredients:

1.50 cups mozzarella cheese
3 cups almond flour
2 tsp cream cheese
1 egg
1 dash salt
Low carb crackers

Low carb crackers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional crackers. Made with almond flour and mozzarella cheese, these keto-friendly snacks are perfect for anyone looking to reduce their carb intake while still enjoying a crunchy treat.

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Melt the Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tsp of cream cheese. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until both cheeses are completely melted and smoothly blended together.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups of almond flour and a dash (0.40g) of salt.
4. Mix the Dough: Pour the melted cheese mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add in the egg. Using a spatula, mix the ingredients together until a dough forms. It may seem dry at first, but continue to knead it until all components are fully integrated.
5. Roll Out the Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out evenly to about 1/8-inch thick.
6. Cut the Crackers: Remove the top parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into small square pieces or any desired shapes.
7. Transfer to Baking Sheet: Carefully transfer the cut dough pieces to the prepared baking sheet. If any pieces are stuck together, gently separate them to ensure even baking.
8. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, as ovens may vary.
9. Cool and Store: Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Tips:

- Make sure to use finely ground almond flour to achieve the best texture for your crackers.

- Knead the dough well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

- Roll the dough out thinly and evenly for the crispiest crackers.

- You can add your favorite herbs and spices to the dough for extra flavor.

- Store the crackers in an airtight container to maintain their crispness.

Low carb crackers are easy to make and versatile enough to enjoy on their own or with your favorite dips and toppings. With a few simple ingredients and some basic preparation, you can have a tasty snack that's both satisfying and low in carbs.
