3. Cooking the Omelette:
- Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan and heat over medium-low heat.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and milk mixture, swirling the pan gently to spread the mixture evenly.
- Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for about 2-3 minutes, or until they start to set but are still slightly runny on top.
