- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat.

- Sear the chicken thighs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
