Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruits:
- Rinse the raspberries and blueberries thoroughly under cold running water. Allow them to drain in a colander.
2. Blend the Fruits:
- In a blender, combine the raspberries and blueberries. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, forming a berry puree.
3. Strain the Puree:
- Pour the berry puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher to remove the seeds. Use a spoon to help press the puree through the strainer, extracting as much liquid as possible. Discard the seeds.
4. Combine the Juices:
- Add the strained berry puree to a large pitcher.
- Pour in 2 cups of lemonade (460g) and 1 cup of apple juice (230g) into the pitcher with the berry puree.
5. Mix Well:
- Stir the mixture thoroughly using a long-handled spoon until all the ingredients are well combined.
6. Chill:
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld together.
7. Serve:
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled raspberry iced tea over the ice.

8. Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish with additional fresh raspberries and blueberries on top.
- Add a sprig of mint or a lemon slice for an extra refreshing touch.

Tips:

- For a more intense raspberry flavor, muddle the raspberries slightly before adding them to the mixture.

- Chill the lemonade and apple juice beforehand to ensure your iced tea is refreshingly cold.

- Use fresh or frozen berries depending on availability, but ensure they are thoroughly washed.

- Add mint leaves or a slice of lemon for an extra touch of freshness and visual appeal.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding a little honey or a sugar substitute if necessary.

With its delightful mix of fruity flavors and cooling properties, raspberry iced tea is a wonderful addition to any gathering or a treat to enjoy on your own. By following this simple recipe, you'll create a beverage that is as nutritious as it is delicious, sure to be a favorite among friends and family.
